About Company Jacket Co.
Company Jacket Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. This site exists so a buyer who needs jackets can get a price, a proof and a delivery date without a sales call.
What Battle Born Clothing does
We decorate apparel in our own shop: embroidery on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames; laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser, with the aim of being the top leather patch hat maker in the USA; screen printing in plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer; and DTF transfers printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City, NV and pressed here. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO.
Why a jacket-only site
Jackets are a different buy from tees and hats. The blanks cost more, the sizing is over clothing, puffers and shells need different embroidery settings, and the orders cluster in fall. Putting that information in one place with real prices saves everyone a week of email. The main Battle Born Clothing site covers everything else, including custom jackets at https://battlebornclothing.com/pages/custom-jackets and vests at https://battlebornclothing.com/pages/custom-vests.
How we price
Blanks at supplier cost × 2 under $10, or cost + 35% at $10 and up. Embroidery on a flat matrix from $6.00 to $4.00 per piece by quantity. Digitizing $18.99 once. Premium brands and hi-vis quoted per job with brand pricing respected. Customer-supplied goods $2 per item. Free redo on our own errors. 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval. Those are the rules; the pricing page has the numbers.
Where we are
Yerington, Nevada, about an hour and a half southeast of Reno. Blanks come from SanMar's Reno warehouse first and S&S Activewear second. We ship ground anywhere in the US.
