What to send
- Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG.
- Quantity, jacket style and color.
- A size list (XS through 4XL; note any women's or tall sizes).
- Where the logo goes: left chest is standard; say if you want a back or sleeve add.
- The date you need it, if sooner than 28 days from proof approval.
- Whether you want property names added, and the list of properties.

We hire a few people a quarter. Can we reorder in small numbers?
Yes. There is no hard minimum. A 6-piece reorder is priced at the 12-23 embroidery rate ($6.00) with no new digitizing fee, since we keep your file.
Can we split shipping to different properties?
We ship to one address by default. If you need boxes sent to several properties, say so on the quote form and we will price the freight for each.
